I am writing this message to express my sincere thanks for all the help and support you have provided in the recent purchase of our first narrowboat.
My partner and I had spent three months, prior to meeting with you, researching the Internet, reading narrowboat books and magazines and visiting marinas, boatyards, chandlers and boat-builders in our search for our first narrowboat.
On this 'exciting journey' we have met many people - some friendly and approachable and a small number, unfortunately, not so friendly or approachable.
Our meeting with you was especially good as we felt that your sincerity, honesty and knowledge allowed us to immediately form a trust and we must thank you for your time, guidance, commitment and patience with us which has led to the purchase of our first narrowboat from your Company.
Many thanks must also be given to your staff who have helped us with their friendly advice over the last two weeks and these people also have made us feel very much at ease in our new leisure activity.
We very much look forward to the opening of your new business at Mentmore Road and will certainly look to using your company to assist with the supply of all our needs as we re-fit our boat over the months to come.
