Now that my boat is safely moored at Pillings Lock Marina in Leicestershire I wish to take a moment to thank you for all your help in making my dream of owning my own narrowboat become reality.

From the first contact with you I was able to put my trust in your hands. You listened carefully to my requirements, were helpful with advice, and found a reasonably priced boat well suited to my needs.

You and your team then made sure the boat was ready by getting a survey done, organising the blacking of her bottom and checking everything over to make sure it was all in order. There were a couple of hiccups but these were sorted with patience and good humour.

When I then picked up the boat you ensured that I was shown the main features before I set off and insisted that I should call you if I encountered any problems.
